I snapchated this eye look the other day and had at least 25 people ask me about it and then 50 screen shotted it. So I took that as a sign to do a tutorial. Here is my tutorial (in focus this time) only thing is that is cut off during the blush. But I re-record it talking about what I used. Im trying to edit better as well.
