Get in My Suitcase: Beach Vacation

It’s hard to believe that Memorial Day weekend, the widely recognized but unofficial start of summer, is finally upon us. With that comes the opportunity to pretend not to have responsibilities for a weekend in the name of enjoying the summer sun.

But the perfect vacation obviously requires the perfect wardrobe, something versatile enough to deal with any curveballs Mother Nature might try to throw, and yet something maintaining the perfect beach aesthetic. After a long day of lying on the beach without a care in the world, a cute but casual outdoor dinner on the beach is a must. For this dinner, I’m definitely bringing my Make It Happen top.
