I love working out. I do curls (donut curls), Run (away from responsibilities), and do lunges (to the fridge).
Here are some of my favorite active wear outfits to keep me motivated during my workout. Also, be sure to stay hydrated throughout all physical activity!

My Favorite “Blends With Benefits” 😉
—For Brain Health—
-1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
-1 cup fresh spinach (washed)
(blend the 2 until smooth)
-add 1/8 avocado
-1 ripe pear (washed and cored)
-1 cup of frozen peaches
(Blend for 30 seconds)
YUMMMMM!!
—For Bloating—
-1 cup Kale (washed and stems removed)
-1 cup unsweetened coconut water
-2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves
(blend all until smooth)
-add juice of 1 Lime
-1 1/2 frozen pineapple chunks
(Blend for 30 seconds)
MY FAVORITE
—For Energy—
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 cup fresh spinach (washed)
(Blend until smooth)
-add 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
-1/2 cup frozen cherries
-1 banana
-2 Tablespoons almond butter
(Blend Until Smooth)
